Our protocol is to first meet, assessed the time & materials the project will take, and if the project is rather simple, present a verbal quote. If however, we feel is best to take careful consideration of the best practice and efficiency, we will follow with our business letterhead email quotation, which is also provide at no charge.
We will book a two hour arrival window, so for example, we might say your tradesman will arrive between 10:30 and 12:30. We use this degree of flexibility to avoid disappointing our customers.

From proper attired to carrying I.D, we are dedicated, skilled tradesmen and know that the customer is king!
Thankfully, this is a rare occurrence, but if it happens, please let us know without reservations. We will do everything we can to make sure the issue is correct and you can feel confident of using our service again.
On long or complex jobs, we mitigate disappointments by taking a pause for every step completed, have our customer go over the project, and sign an acknowledgment of satisfaction, or correction, before we move to the next phase.
