Our Monthly Property Management Fees:
Property inspections:
$250 for a one-time inspection or $125 per month with a one-year contract.
Repairs:
Any requested or necessary repairs will be priced transparently based on time and materials. You will receive a detailed summary report with findings and photos before approval.
Yearly Contract Includes:
